Outfit of the Day November 13, 2017

Posted on November 14, 2017November 15, 2017 By Drew

So I’m going to try something new. It seem like people would appreciate it I posted the details of my Instagram Outfits of the Day and Shaves of the Day directly on the blog. I think this sounds like a great idea, and I’m going to do it as much as I can. I think the best way to do this is to run a blog post the next morning following the Instagram post. If you can’t wait for the next day’s post, you can always shop the feed directly through Instagram or on the website right here.

Keep in mind too, that while Movember is running, I obviously won’t be posting any Shave of the Day pictures. The beard is coming in nicely, and I kind of like it. I do plan on getting back to the shaving posts and reviews, but not for a few more weeks.

I’d also love to get some feedback on how these posts are going. Feel free to drop me a line or drop a comment on the blog.

Monday’s outfit was one built to beat the cold and wet. It rained all morning, and the sun never came out. I layered up with a light blue shirt, a gray V-neck and a navy mac raincoat. I really love this mac. It comes from T.M. Lewin and has a detachable PrimaLoft liner for some added warmth. I also like that it’s 100% cotton and not a synthetic blend (I hate synthetic blends). I wear a 44 Regular, so you can buy your normal suit size.

Transition Clothes from Summer to Fall

Done. I am done with summer. Last week’s heat wave was my breaking point. Throw on top of that a beautiful reprieve this weekend with temps in the 70s all weekend (60s at night), and I’m so much happier. I’ve always been a colder weather guy. I run hot, and…

Hopsack and Sockless

Posted on September 18, 2018January 10, 2019

So I ran a poll today on Instagram regarding the way I provide product information about my outfits and shaves that I post. Lately, I’ve been using the LiketoKnow.it platform, which, until recently, would deliver an email with all the products linked if you “liked” that post. Unfortunately, now you…

OOTD: What I Wore for St. Patrick’s Day

Posted on March 21, 2017November 15, 2017

I had a great St. Patrick’s Day post planned for last week that was completely thrown off by Stella. The kids were home for days on end, and I just wasn’t able to get it pulled together. I probably should have. I’m still struggling with getting out as many posts as I’d like. But I guess this is all part of the writing process. What I can do is take a look at what I wore on St. Patrick’s Day and share that with you.
