Fall arrived with a vengeance this week. After a few days of temps in the 70s and 80s, a storm rolled through last night bringing those 40s and 50s we’re so used to during this time of year. Don’t get me wrong, I love the extended warm weather, but I’ve been getting ancy to wear some of my fall and winter clothes. I mean, in the last two weeks I’ve written posts on both puffer vests and cable knit sweaters. Now, I’m happy to have some weather to go along with those looks. (By the way, if you haven’t read those posts yet, go check them out.)
I’m also pretty excited for this weekend because it’s the United States Grand Prix. And for the first time in decades there is a US-based team in the field. Now, I don’t expect Haas to win the race, but it’s certainly nice to have a ”home team” to cheer for. I bet it’s pretty exciting for the team to have a home race too. If you are planning on watching the race, just remember it’s airing on NBC as opposed to NBCSN. If you’re not going to watch, here are some other great things to check out this weekend.
While this is a little blogger-centric, I think anyone can learn from Grace’s amazing post on productivity.
I love J. Crew, but I will admit some of my favorite pieces are from five or six years ago. I hope they can right the ship.
I really need a new simple dress watch, this may be the one.
This will definitely be a cheat meal soon!
Have you checked out Brooks Brothers new “Made in America” line? I love this sport coat.
I have been struggling a lot lately with whether I want my tailored clothes to be more British or Italian in style. Here’s a quick post I found on how to choose based on your body.
I really hope Twillory does another run of these shirts since my size is already sold out.
Fall is boot season, and Antonio has a great breakdown on just about every style.
Speaking of boots, these are perfect for fall.
I’ve considered shaving with what Nick uses in this video as an experiment, but I just can’t bring myself to do it.
