My Picks From The Rake End Of Season Sale

My Picks from The Rake End of Season Sale

Posted on June 13, 2019June 12, 2019 By Drew

If you’re following any of the same men’s style accounts on Instagram that I am, your entire feed is currently dominated by Pitti Oumo 96. Pitti has quite possibly become the biggest menswear event on the planet, and I’m feeling a lot of FOMO right now. Fortunately, I am able to focus all of this inspiration I’m picking up from social media on The Rake’s End-of-Season Sale. Many of the brands like Drake’s, Rubinacci, etc., which are exhibitors at the Pitti show, are also on sale right now. But be warned, this sale moves quick.

I’m a huge fan of The Rake, both the magazine and the online shop. Unfortunately, many of the products are a bit out of my price range right now. However, these infrequent sales are a perfect time for me to hit that wishlist and do some damage. Thanks to the team at The Rake, I have been introduced to new artisan brands which I would have never discovered on my own through Google. These guys have the resources to go out, find the people who are doing incredible work, and bring them to the stylish public. This sale is my chance to get in on the sartorial action.

I went through every page of this sale and picked out my absolute favorite items available. I can’t guarantee that they’re still in stock. My suggestion is if you see something you want, snatch it up before it goes to someone else.

Posted on October 21, 2014October 4, 2017

The other day I was reading through Twitter when I can across a tweet promoting a subscription box specializing in snacks and candy from Thailand.  Instantly, I thought to myself, “There really is a subscription service for everything.”  So, of course, that question led to this post.  Are there too…

The Long and Short of It

Posted on April 29, 2015October 4, 2017

When I was growing up, I hated wearing shorts.  Jeans were my pants of choice, and I wore them all year.  I even wore jeans during some super sticky and humid summers in Tennessee.  I’m not gonna lie, it was bad.  So bad that not only did my farmer’s tan…
